The Annual Fees are currently £2800 for pupils in year 7, year 8, year 9 and year 10. Although we encourage parents to settle full fees at the start of the academic year where possible, the updated fees policy outlines that you now have the option to pay in four instalments. Fees must be paid by the following dates:
1st Payment on 5th September 2023
2nd Payment on 5th December 2023
3rd Payment on 5th March 2024
4th Payment on 5th June 2024
All fees must be paid on time. You will be reminded of the above deadlines. We will also call you if you have missed a payment. However, it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure payments are made on time and any difficulty is communicated with the school. Failure to make payment will result in your child being suspended until outstanding payment is made.
Parents who are experiencing financial difficulties and wish to be placed on a payment plan must contact the admin office to arrange a meeting with the headteacher. Once any payment plan has been agreed, payments must be made on time. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the payment plan option being terminated and the full outstanding amount being due.

GCSE Exam Fees
RIA is an independent school and as such does not receive funding from the government. All GCSE exams fees will therefore be paid by parents. You will receive a letter with the price details when your child starts Year 11. For further information please contact the exam officer admin@riag.org.uk
Additional Points to Note
-The management reserves the right to increase the fee at the start of each school year in accordance with risings costs and demands. Fees are always kept as low as possible to ensure we can cater for the community’s needs.
-The school fees do not cover items such as school uniforms, stationary, lunches, school trips and outdoor events etc. GCSE exams also have to be paid for as in all private schools. At all times we ensure that prices are cost price only – we are a charitable, non-profit organisation and we do not expect to profit from anyone.
-The school management reserves the right to remove your daughter from lessons if fees are not paid on time, particularly if this becomes a regular problem.
-Refusal to pay fees will lead to your daughter being taken off roll. Legal procedures will also be taken in this situation, with the parent/guardian having to also bear the burden of the legal costs.
